We’ve learned that individuals not affiliated with our company are fraudulently contacting people with bogus offers of employment with AT&T India and seeking sensitive personal information along with money for purposes of ‘training’ or other expenses as a condition of employment.
Reports of these actions attempting to take advantage of these victims are reprehensible. Obviously, we are not involved in that activity and condemn those who are. Our company does not hire or issue job offers to any person without a personal interview, nor do we require candidates to make any payment as part of the recruitment process. We would advise the public to be vigilant about any recruitment communications that request employment documentation, personal information, bank account details or payments.
We’re taking this seriously and assisting the authorities in controlling such fraudulent activities. If you have any queries relating to such fraudulent employment activity, please contact the police authorities.
