AT&T IP Toll-Free Service on AVPN Implementation Phases
The Implementation phases begin after the AT&T IP Toll-Free Service contract is signed by both parties and you receive a Welcome Letter from AT&T.
Getting Started
During this phase, you will review your AT&T IP Toll-Free Service configuration, the features you want supported, and the toll-free numbers required for your application. It is important to understand your roles and responsibilities as well as those of the various AT&T personnel that will be working with you through the implementation.
Ordering
During this phase, an AT&T Order Specialist will contact you to set up a technical interview, to review your desired configuration, and to collect the information necessary to place the order.
Site Preparation
After the technical interview is complete, you must begin to prepare for site readiness, from circuit in place and active, to IP PPBX configuration.
Service Activation
AT&T will contact you to schedule the Test and Turn Up of AT&T IP Toll-Free Service.
Billing
AT&T IP Toll-Free Service will be invoiced on the standard BVoIP invoice.
