Fluid transfer of expertise between both teams allows AT&T to focus on maximizing resources to provide unparalleled growth and the premium infrastructure.

Latin America Leadership Team

AT&T Global Services is known for its unique ability to provide a sophisticated network infrastructure to solve even the most complex networking issues. The ability of the AT&T Global Services Team to empower its staff to foresee trends, needs and obstacles keeps AT&T a step ahead. With a team forever conscious of AT&T's tradition of communication trust, performance is always top-of-mind and so are the changing needs of its customers.

Mary E. Livingston

Vice President Canada, Caribbean and Latin America

Mary E. LivingstonMary Livingston is the Vice President of AT&T’s global sales team in the Canada, Caribbean and Latin America (CCLA) region. She supports multi-national corporations headquartered or operating in the CCLA region and supports a team of 150 sales and support professionals. Mary assumed this position in July, 2008.

As a veteran of AT&T since 1977, Mary has held various leadership positions in sales and sales support, including national account manager and branch manager. She has run AT&T’s international and private line center in New York City and was a key member of the product team for digital services. She has spent almost half of her tenure with AT&T as a Region Vice President in the Premier Client Group, supporting enterprise business clients in the northeast United States. Most recently, Mary was the Vice President of Sales Operations for Enterprise Business Sales.

During the early 1990’s Mary led a major change initiative involving 18 teams for reengineering and sales effectiveness initiatives. This work was highlighted in Katzenbach’s book on Real Change Leaders. Most recently, Mary was recognized as one of the New Jersey 50 Best Business Women for 2008 by NJBiz magazine. She has been involved in AT&T’s early formation of customer councils, and has held leadership positions in all sales segments: small business, middle markets and national/global accounts. She has achieved the highest level of AT&T sales recognition 4 times.

Outside of AT&T, Mary is involved in numerous non-profit activities including the Board of Trustees for the Summit Area YMCA, President’s Circle for NJ All Stars/Developmental School for Youth, the Greater NY Explorers Leadership Council, and is an active member of the International Women’s Forum. She is also the founder of Team 101, whose focus is to help women of all ages improve their health, confidence and spirit through the sport of triathlon. Mary is an avid tri-athlete and competes all over the U.S in short and long distance events.

Mary received her MBA from the University of Missouri. She lives in Short Hills, NJ with her husband and two sons. Her office is located in Morristown, NJ.

Eduardo Farinelli

Sales Center Vice President of the South America region

Enterprise Business Sales

Eduardo FarinelliEduardo Farinelli is the Sales Center Vice President of the South America region at AT&T. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, he is responsible for leading all AT&T sales strategies and activities for the sales center's strategic accounts.

Mr. Farinelli has 12 years of experience in developing, supporting, managing and selling IT related services & solutions for global accounts and carriers. He joined AT&T in April 2004 as a Regional Account Director for the CALA Region where he was responsible for developing sales of complex managed services and network outsourcing solutions for Global Accounts. In 2005, Mr. Farinelli was promoted to Brazil Sales Director where he was responsible for leading the sales team in Brazil and Latin America. In January 2008, Mr. Farinelli was promoted to Vice President of Sales for South America.

Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Farinelli worked as a Sales Manager at Lucent Technologies / Avaya Communication for five years. His responsibilities included selling voice and data solutions to global accounts located in Brazil and South America. In addition, Mr. Farinelli served as a Sales Director at TeleTech Brazil, a leading full-service provider of strategic customer care solutions, and assumed responsibility for every aspect of the sales cycle. Furthermore, Mr. Farinelli also held sales and management positions at SupportComm, a Brazilian voice and data portal technology company, and Asia Express, a trading company in New Delhi, India.

From studying, living and working in the United States, Mr. Farinelli has acquired fluency in English. Mr. Farinelli has also resided in India for over one year and in the Latin American region for twelve years.

Mr. Farinelli has a Bachelor's degree from The University of Tennessee with a major in Business Administration / Marketing / and a minor in Finance. He is currently completing an MBA in Business Management at Faculdade Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo, Brazil.

Walter Alejandro Bona

Sales Center Vice President of the Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean Region

Walter Alejandro BonaWalter Bona is the Sales Center Vice President of Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean (MECCA) at AT&T. Based in Mexico City, Mr. Bona is responsible for leading all AT&T sales strategies and activities for the sales center's strategic accounts.

Mr. Bona is an experienced and innovative international executive who has developed sales, customer service and business administration skills working in traditional global companies and regional starts up. With high personal integrity and an ability to relate to people and foster trust, Mr. Bona is acclimatized to a matrix organization. As an articulate, confident and persuasive team-builder, Mr. Bona motivates and communicates effectively to achieve exceptional business performance.

Originally based in Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Bona joined AT&T in 2001 as General Manager for the Andean region. As General Manager for the Andean region, Mr. Bona led sales, delivery service, customer service and insurance services, among other areas. In 2003, Mr. Bona was appointed General Manager for Latin America and IBM SCVP LA in the area of sales network integration, delivery service, and customer service. He held that position until 2005.

Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Bona served as Vice President of OptiGlobe Operations SA in Argentina. Additionally, Mr. Bona served MetroRed Telecommunications as its Operations Director from 2000 to 2001.

From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Bona joined IBM as a Project Manager for IBM Argentina. He was later designated Manager of Network Delivery Service in the Andean Region. During his time at IBM, Mr. Bona also served as the Manager of Sales and Delivery Service, and then also as Executive of Projects for LAS (AT&T IBM transaction). During this transition, Mr. Bona was responsible for personnel and contract segmentation, execution of TSA and MSA and the closing of post transition gaps.

Mr. Bona has extensive experience as a university professor and served as a member of the Faculty of Architecture, Urban Design, Engineering at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and also as a member of the Faculty of Engineering at the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa.
