Mary E. Livingston
Vice President Canada, Caribbean and Latin America
Mary Livingston is the Vice President of AT&T’s Global sales for the Canada, Caribbean and Latin America (CCLA) region. She supports multi-national corporations headquartered or operating in the CCLA region. Mary assumed this position in July, 2008.
During her tenure with AT&T, Mary has held various leadership positions in Sales and Network, including National Account Manager and Sales Center Vice President for the Financial accounts in New York and Regional Vice President for Small Business, Premier Accounts and now Global. She has led sales organizations in all of AT&T segments. She has been selected for the top tier sales recognition, “Leader’s Council” four times.
Outside of sales, Mary also has managed AT&T’s international and private line center in New York City and was a key member of the product team for digital services, and led the Headquarters Leadership Development program for high potential managers.
Mary led a major change initiative involving 18 teams for reengineering and sales effectiveness initiatives. This work was highlighted in Katzenbach’s book on Real Change Leaders.
Mary was recognized by Global EXEC Women magazine for the “Canadian International Women of Influence” award in 2009. and by NJBiz magazine as one of the New Jersey 50 Best Business Women for 2008.
Outside of AT&T, Mary is involved in mentoring programs, and is an active member of the International Women’s Forum. She has chaired fundraising campaigns for Summit YMCA and she is the founder of Team 101, whose focus is to help women of all ages improve their health, confidence and spirit through the sport of triathlon. Mary is an avid tri-athlete and competes all over the U.S in short and long distance events.
Mary received her MBA from the University of Missouri. She lives in Short Hills, NJ with her husband and they have two sons.
Sales Center Vice President – Mexico, Central America and Caribbean region
Eduardo Farinelli is the Sales Center Vice President of the Mexico, Central America and Caribbean (MECCA) region at AT&T. Based in Mexico City; he is responsible for leading all AT&T sales strategies and activities for the sales center's strategic accounts.
Mr. Farinelli has 12 years of experience in developing, supporting, managing and selling IT related services & solutions for global accounts and carriers. He joined AT&T in April 2004 as a Regional Account Director for the CALA Region where he was responsible for developing sales of complex managed services and network outsourcing solutions for Global Accounts. In 2005, Mr. Farinelli was promoted to Brazil Sales Director where he was responsible for leading the sales team in Brazil and Latin America. In January 2008, Mr. Farinelli was promoted to Vice President of Sales for South America.
Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Farinelli worked as a Sales Manager at Lucent Technologies / Avaya Communication for five years. His responsibilities included selling voice and data solutions to global accounts located in Brazil and South America. In addition, Mr. Farinelli served as a Sales Director at TeleTech Brazil, a leading full-service provider of strategic customer care solutions, and assumed responsibility for every aspect of the sales cycle. Furthermore, Mr. Farinelli also held sales and management positions at SupportComm, a Brazilian voice and data portal technology company, and Asia Express, a trading company in New Delhi, India.
From studying, living and working in the United States, Mr. Farinelli has acquired fluency in English. Mr. Farinelli has also resided in India for over one year and in the Latin American region for twelve years.
Mr. Farinelli has a Bachelor's degree from The University of Tennessee with a major in Business Administration / Marketing / and a minor in Finance. He is currently completing an MBA in Business Management at Faculdade Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo, Brazil.
Fabiano Del Soldato
Sales Center Vice President – South America
Fabiano Del Soldato is the Sales Center Vice President for the South America Region under AT&T Global Business Organization. He oversees sales activities focused on revenue growth within the Latin America region. Soldato’s team works to deliver best in class customer experience focusing on opportunities that positively impact productivity, efficiency, image and profit margins.
Previously, Soldato served as a Director of Sales under the South America Sales Center. In that role, he was responsible to manage the Retail organization with the objective to grow the revenue base and execute new sales activities.
During his 14-year career with AT&T (along with Concert), Soldato held a variety of other positions with the company, including Marketing Assistant and Regional Account Director. As a Director of Sales Soldato led his team to double digit growth over the past 5 years and is helping to lead the transformation of the business in the region supporting the America Movil Alliance model as well as promoting new growth services to the region.
Soldato lived 5 years in the United States and graduated from Culver Stockton College in 1998 with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. He and his family live in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He has been active in sports, attendance on business committees and with family activities.
