Increase business performance with ICT
Recent research from AT&T, in collaboration with the business school INSEAD, found that companies are investing a greater percentage of their total ICT budget on mobility, cloud-based services and collaborations tools.
The same research found that if companies integrate these newer technologies within a mature digitized platform, they can double the probability of becoming productive and competitive.
Cloud computing, for example, is one of the key drivers of productivity, providing new opportunities for transforming how IT services are procured, deployed and managed, and delivering important benefits such as reduced capital investments, lower TCO, faster deployments and instant scalability.
New approaches to collaboration, information management, and mobility may help empower as much as a 20 percent productivity increase in the next five years. Unified communication is an important enabler as work becomes more interconnected than ever before and companies place a greater emphasis on collaboration to remain competitive.
