AT&T Service Provider Information Numbers (SPINs)

A SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number) is the unique number assigned to each service provider participating in the Universal Service Fund (USF). USAC will assign a Service Provider Identification Number to each company that registers by filing a Form 498. The AT&T family of companies offers many E-rate eligible services in the categories of Telecommunications, Internet Access, and Internal Connections as well as the Basic Maintenance of those Internal Connections.

It is important that you use the appropriate SPIN associated with the products offered for the AT&T Company providing a particular service. Pursuant to E-rate program requirements, the appropriate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) must be included on each funding request included on the applicant’s Form 471. Your account team can provide direction on which SPIN should be used when filing your Form 471.
