UCC, AEF, PTA, and FRF Assessment on ATM Service in October 2008

Beginning with your first bill after October 25, 2008, AT&T will apply the Universal Connectivity Charge (UCC), Administrative Expense Fee, (AEF), Property Tax Allotment (PTA), and Federal Regulatory Fee (FRF) to ATM Service components that are considered basic telecommunications services. These include ATM ports, PVCs, and access (where applicable) that are non-Service Interworking (i.e. no connection to AT&T Frame Relay Services). ATM and Frame Relay Services that are non-Service Interworking are defined as basic telecommunications services, and all components are subject to Universal Service Fund (USF) assessments. The UCC allows AT&T to recover its contribution to USF associated with these service components.
