Vice President, Strategy and Operations, AT&T Business Solutions – Global Public Sector

Mike Leff brings 24 years of experience in the federal government marketplace to his role leading Strategy and Operations for the AT&T Global Public Sector business, which provides innovative technology and communications solutions to government and education customers across the federal, state, local, and international public sector.

Previously, Leff helmed the Global Public Sector Civilian Sales organization, a specialized team that delivers network-enabled, mobile, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IP-based services.

Before joining AT&T, Leff served as Managing Director for the Federal Health Business at Accenture, leading the development and implementation of the company’s federal health strategy across the defense and civilian sectors.

Mr. Leff also worked at Lockheed Martin serving as Director for the company’s Civilian Enterprise Solutions business where he provided a spectrum of mission and information technology services. In addition, he served as Chief Technology Officer for the Health and Human Services business line. Earlier in his career, Mr. Leff designed and developed command, control, communication, and intelligence systems at The Singer Kearfott Company supporting the Department of Defense.

Mr. Leff is the recipient of numerous company, industry, and government awards. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Project Management Institute, and the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium. Leff serves on the Advisory Board of Loyola University’s Sellinger School of Business. He holds an M.S., Applied Information Technology, from Towson University and a B.S., Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Bucknell University.
