Ordering Process
- DHS TacCom is a multiple awardee Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity
(IDIQ) contract with task orders. To establish a task order, a government
agency must follow the procedures in the DHS-Wide Tactical Communications (TacCom) Ordering Guide.
- Proposals are collected and evaluated. Then an award is made.
If AT&T is awarded, the task order will be sent to that AT&T Contract Manager who will inform the Program
Manager. Typically a kick off meeting is held between AT&T’s Program
Office and the Government’s Program Office. The deliverables are
established in the task order.
- Any issues with the task order performance can be escalated to the AT&T
Task Order Program Manager or the AT&T DHS TacCom Program Manager or Teaming Coordinator.
