Why do I need to specify Policy Precedence?

It is possible that a device may belong to two or more different device groups, and each group could be dynamically assigned a different policy. To resolve such situations, specify a precedence or priority for the different policies. The one with the highest precedence will be pushed to the device. For example, if a device is assigned to two groups and one has a policy with a precedence of 1 and the other has a precedence of 3, the device will receive the policy with the precedence of 1 (the highest possible priority).
