Network Management

The AT&T Network Management (NM) Testing program verifies conformance and interoperability of multivendor NM products which are developed to industry standards. Testing focuses on, but is not limited to, the Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) Standards for systems using the X, and Q3 interfaces. Network Services Interfaces has adopted the industry testing methodology. And as such, performs OSI stack-to-stack, gateway-to-gateway, and end-to-end (application-to-application) testing.

Through contributions and attendance, our engineers are active participants in the industry’s Electronic Communications Implementation Committee (ECIC).
