Q: Can I keep my same telephone number when I move?
A: It depends on how far you are moving from your current address, but most of the time you can keep your number when moving within the same city. Just call 1-800-252-7266 and a Customer Service representative will assist you.*
Q: Will I need to make another deposit for my service?

Q: Can I carry over my calling features from my previous service to my new service?
A: Yes. Most of AT&T Alaska's calling features, such as Call Waiting, are available nationwide.

A: Yes, you will be able to select from the features available in your new area. AT&T Alaska offers a variety of great calling features, such as Voicemail, Caller ID, and Call Waiting options, and we know you'll find the right ones for yourself.**
