The AT&T CallVantageSM Service (the "Service") will be provided to you pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as those terms and conditions set forth in the AT&T CallVantage Service Subscriber Agreement ("Subscriber Agreement"). If these terms and conditions are in conflict, the terms and conditions set forth below will prevail. By clicking on the "I accept" button at the bottom of this page, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. The Service is provided to you pursuant to a program (the "Program"), the terms of which are set forth in an agreement between AT&T and Unisys, who has authorized you to obtain the Service under the Program.

2. The Service is provided to you under the Program only so long as you are authorized. You will not be authorized if your employment is terminated with Unisys. You must inform AT&T if you are no longer authorized to obtain the Service under the Program. In addition, Unisys may inform AT&T that you are no longer authorized to obtain service under the Program. If you are no longer authorized to obtain the Service under the Program, AT&T may immediately suspend or terminate the Service, whether or not you or Unisys informs AT&T that you are no longer authorized to obtain the service.

3. As part of the enrollment process, you will be asked to provide AT&T with certain information, including your credit card number. Charges for the Service will be billed to the credit card you identify.

4. If the Program is terminated, or if you are no longer authorized to obtain the Service under the Program, and AT&T has not suspended or terminated the Service, AT&T may offer to continue to provide to you the Service pursuant to the AT&T CallVantage consumer offer then in effect. If AT&T makes such offer, and you agree, your credit card may be billed for any fees incurred after the suspension or termination of the Program, and, in such case, you will be required to pay AT&T for such fees as set forth in the Subscriber Agreement.

5. You may notify AT&T that you wish to terminate the Service at any time.

6. The features and functions of your Service may be different that the standard AT&T CallVantage consumer offer.

7. The discounts applicable to the Service under the Program and the fees charged by AT&T may change from time to time as may be provided under the Program.

8. AT&T is not responsible to you for any policies or practices Unisys may establish for your use of the Services. Without limiting the forgoing, AT&T is not responsible in any way for any policy or practice of reimbursement, discounts, or compensation for the Service that may be instituted by Unisys.

9. You understand and agree that AT&T may disclose to Unisys the fact that you have enrolled in the Program and your telephone number(s) and all of your usage of the features and functions of the Services, such as international call usage and personal conferencing. Other policies regarding privacy are set forth in the Subscriber Agreement.

10. Certain restrictions may apply to the Service if you wish to migrate any pre-existing AT&T CallVantage service to Service under the Program.

11. Instead of any similar provisions set forth in the Subscriber Agreement:

a. Any usage on the first phone line in excess of 7,500 minutes per month and any usage on the second phone line (if any) in excess of 500 minutes per month shall be presumed to be excessive usage inconsistent with normal residential or home office usage patterns and the restrictions set forth in the Subscriber Agreement. Such usage shall be subject to the conditions set forth in the Subscriber Agreement.

b. AT&T will accept no more than 5 orders for AT&T CallVantage service, including orders for the Service under the Program, for each household.

12. Section 9 of the Subscriber Agreement is deleted in its entirety.
