AT&T and Avaya recently signed a global reseller agreement underscoring its close alignment in delivering Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP), ContactCenter and Unified Communications solutions to small and medium sized businesses, large enterprises as well as state, local and federal governments. The agreement covers 47 countries, which significantly enhances the ability to conduct business globally with AT&T and Avaya. AT&T is the only service provider, Platinum-level Avaya Alliance Partner, authorized to sell services and products on a worldwide basis. It will allow for consistent delivery and pricing on a global basis and will decrease the complexities of developing competitive solutions for our customers. The agreement also integrates and links multiple AT&T Business VoIP services in consistent manner including IP Flexible Reach, IP Toll Free and Voice over EVPN (VoEVPN).
