About AT&T Premier
Premier is the one-stop, customizable online site for business customers, large and small, to learn about, purchase, monitor and manage their wireless products and services. Premier can help businesses stay mobile and manage their wireless accounts more efficiently.
Premier is comprised of four key tools.
- Premier Business Center: An online site where customers learn about wireless products and services from AT&T.
- Premier Online Store: A customizable, self-service Web site where AT&T business customers can shop 24/7, and purchase company-approved devices, plans, accessories and features at competitive rates based on their company's telecom policies, employee permissions and contract specifications .
- Premier Online Care: Premier Online Care is a suite of online tools that business customers can access to manage their wireless accounts.
- Premier eBill: Premier eBill is an online tool that enables business customers to manage their AT&T wireless invoices conveniently and efficiently virtually anytime, anywhere.
AT&T Premier Training Opportunities
AT&T Premier customer training sessions are a great opportunity for you to learn more about using Premier to efficiently manage all your telecom needs. You will also have the chance to ask any questions you have regarding Premier, and receive an answer from a live person in real time!
These are group sessions and will be delivered through the AT&T Connect meeting proprietary software. No registration is required for customer training. Each Premier customer training session is open to the first 100 participants. Please be signed in and ready to go at the scheduled time.
