11th Annual AT&T Cyber Security Conference

The AT&T Cyber Security Conference is an annual day-long conference offered by the AT&T Chief Security Office.
Combining the expertise of its security experts, the scale and reliability of its global IP network and the innovation of AT&T Labs, AT&T is giving businesses some of the most powerful weapons available today in their battle against cyber security attacks. The conference showcases AT&T's leadership in helping businesses, large and small, manage the increasingly complex and critically important security of their IT networks and assets.
The 2009 conference will feature prominent industry and AT&T security experts presenting the latest advances in cyber security, including:
- Keynote addresses that will provide a strategic view into the constantly morphing aspects of cyber security and its impact across all aspects of business
- Panel discussions with security entrepreneurs, industry analysts and customer Chief Security Officers
- Leading edge R&D security talks and expertise sharing reports
- Several technical demonstrations and poster sessions
The audience is primarily network and security executives and technical staff members of AT&T's business customers, as well as AT&T researchers and engineers.
AT&T security experts have always presented a wide-range of leading-edge topics from e-commerce security (back in 1999), to quantum cryptography (in 2006), the rising threat posed by botnets (in 2007), and Web 2.0 security (in 2008). Invited speakers from telecom or other industries will bring a new perspective on the latest security issues. The conference will also showcase technical demonstrations of AT&T's expansive security portfolio.
With each successive year, interest and attendance at the AT&T Annual Cyber Security Conference has grown significantly. The 2008 event drew more than 1400 attendees (in-person and remote) from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe, as well as industry analysts from leading technology research firms and trade media.
