Extra Space Storage Signs AT&T To Link Offices
SALT LAKE CITY – AT&T today announced it has won a two-year, $1 million contract from Extra Space Storage Inc. to provide voice networking services. Extra Space Storage recently acquired Storage USA, making it the second largest self-storage operator in the United States, with more than 630 properties in 34 states.
AT&T networking services have enabled the company to improve operational efficiency and customer service while providing an estimated 45 percent savings.
“When we acquired Storage USA, we sought AT&T’s help to streamline communications between our offices and also handle the increase in customer calls,” said Bill Hoban, SVP and Chief Information Officer for Extra Space Storage. “AT&T has provided continued quality of service and top-notch customer support, and has helped us realize tangible cost savings.”
