AT&T's Networking Exchange Wins 2005 Marketing Excellence Award From ITSMA
Bedminster, N.J. – ITSMA (the Information Technology Services Marketing Association) honored AT&T for its Networking Exchange customer program, AT&T announced today. Networking Exchange, an online community with technology information for C-Level and IT networking professionals, won a gold award in the “Improving the Customer Experience” category, one of five categories in the competition.
“Networking Exchange serves as a new approach to marketing for AT&T, allowing customers to take advantage of AT&T’s expertise when they want it, and how they want it,” said AT&T Chief Marketing Officer Kathleen Flaherty. “Ultimately, this translates into intelligence that drives a more relevant dialogue and a more meaningful relationship.”
Designed to enhance customer communication and improve satisfaction, Networking Exchange allows users to customize their web experience by displaying their selected areas of interest and receiving monthly emails with new content updates. Featured on the site are numerous in-depth reports including, network security, convergence and business continuity. Members can obtain expert, industry and analyst reports on these critical topics, and interact with others through benchmark surveys and Web casts.
“Customers are always eager for thought leadership that will keep them on the leading edge of new technologies,” said Dave Munn, president and CEO of ITSMA. “ITSMA is pleased to recognize AT&T’s success in driving new value for its customers through the creation of the Networking Exchange.”
Winners across all categories were announced on Tuesday at ITSMA’s 2005 Annual Conference in Cambridge, Mass.
