Advanced Data-Comm Calls On AT&T For A $5.3 Million Networking Solution
DUBUQUE, Iowa – AT&T announced today that it has won a $5.3 million contract to provide an integrated networking solution for Advanced Data-Comm Inc., a leading outsourced teleservicescompany.
The three-year agreement for a full range of voice, data and Internet services extends and expands AT&T’s long-standing relationship with the company.
Advanced Data-Comm operates four customer service centers in the Midwest and manages over 2 million customer interactions per month. The AT&T solution provides a single platform through which to manage customers’ unique voice and data requirements, regardless of where those interactions originate or terminate. In addition, AT&T
ACCU-Ring® Network Access Service provides the highest availability and reliability for Advanced Data-Comm clients to ensure the highest level of up-time possible.
