An NDR Emergency Communications Vehicle (ECV) at the

the team with a data and voice communications channel at
any location in the United States.

On February 13, 2006, NDR's Special Operations team held
a one-day exercise at a small AT&T office outside of
Dallas.
The team practiced a building entry as it would if an
office
were contaminated by a hazardous chemical or biological
agent.

began to break down the site and prepare the trailers for
