2000 Q4—Phoenix, Arizona

The exercise took place between October 20-26, 2000, in Phoenix, Arizona. The exercise simulated the type of recovery that the team would perform if the Phoenix AT&T Central Office was lost or severely impacted by a catastrophic disaster. The City of Phoenix permitted NDR to conduct the exercise on two blocks of city streets, simulating a deployment in an urban area.
