Effective 1 August 2005, the AT&T CSR Center has moved. The contact information has been updated in the AT&T Business and AT&T Consumer VoIP Service Local Number Portability (LNP) Port Out Handbook. The Email Address and Fax Number remain unchanged.

Effective 15 April 2005, AT&T implemented a redesigned "Local Number Portability (LNP) Port Out Handbook", accessable via the left side navigation bar. If you encounter any problems with this new website, please share your concerns via the feedback form.

Effective 23 February 2005, AT&T implemented a redesigned Local Number Portability for Business Website to better serve your needs. If you encounter any problems with this new website, please share your concerns via the feedback form.

Effective 17 January 2005, per the industry notification letter dated Nov. 5, 2004, AT&T will only accept LSR's for porting TN's out from AT&T SPID 7125 via the webform found at: http://www.att.com/lnp/lsr.html. Exempt from this requirement are orders placed for customers with service in New York, Texas and New Hampshire. AT&T will continue to accept Local Service Requests from these states via e-mail and fax. However, the e-mail address has changed to lnpolsr@ems.att.com and the fax number has changed to 281-664-4398. Please update your records immediately to reflect these changes.

Effective November 22, 2004, the AT&T CSR Center has moved from Dallas to Atlanta. The contact information has been updated in the AT&T Business and AT&T Consumer VoIP Services Local Number Portability (LNP) Port Out Handbook. The Email Address and Fax Number remain unchanged.

We now welcome AT&T Consumer VoIP Services / CallVantage Customer Service Information Request and Local Service Request form submissions on this web site.
