Tier 1-Standard services:

For non mission critical, non-sensitive information.
Available on our FTS2001 and MAA contracts.

Tier 2-Protected services:

For sensitive but unclassified (SBU)connectivity with high assurance technologies. Includes security enhancements that provide the subscribing agency with additional protection from unauthorized activities and the proliferation of malicious code.

Tier 3-High Assurance service:

Appropriate for SBU or classified information up to SECRET connectivity to Tier 2 through Trusted Gateway, Secure Mail Guard, or S/W Proxy. Includes security enhancements offered under Tier 2 without any direct connection(s) to the Internet or lesser sensitive Tier 1 Network(s).

  • Encryption Capable Backbone (able to host customer provided and managed Type 1 Encryption)
  • Filtering Routers and Firewalls
  • Trusted Gateways and Secure Mail Guards for External Network Connectivity

Tier 4-Network High service:

Appropriate for SBU or classified information up to TOP SECRET. No external connectivity. Service builds upon the security enhancements offered under Tier 2 and 3 but does not offer connection(s) to networks of lesser sensitivity.
  • No Connection to Lesser Sensitive Networks (Air Gap)
  • Virtual Private Network (Customer Option)
  • Encryption Capable Backbone (able to host customer provided and managed Type 1 Encryption)
  • Filtering Routers and Firewalls (Customer Specific)
  • Trusted Gateways and Secure Mail Guards for Connection to Other Tier-4 Networks (Customer Option)
