AT&T provides a full range of professional services to help increase the efficiency of your enterprise operations.  Many of our subject matter experts have full-scope security clearances and can work in the most secure environments.  Among the services AT&T offers are:

  • Customer process and tools assessment:  AT&T will assess your enterprise tools and the underlying process and will make recommendations for enhancing your enterprise management infrastructure and how your operations personnel can use it more effectively.

  • Requirements development and design specification: As a follow-on to our analysis of your current environment, AT&T can provide systems engineering to fully specify the enhancements to your environment and manage their implementation.

  • As-is process documentation and analysis:  Many of our government customers do not have formal documented processes and procedures. AT&T will document your current operations and, as a follow-on opportunity, document specific enhancements to existing processes. 

  • ITIL/commercial best practice CONOP and process development:  Our subject matter experts are ITIL certified and bring a unique mix of skills blending ITIL expertise with practical knowledge of real-life experience in managing the AT&T global enterprise.

  • Integrated process and tool training: AT&T goes beyond simply documenting processes and procedures.  We provide a unique combination of classroom, web-based, and on-the-job training options to provide operations personnel with the most comprehensive, personalized training experience.  Our process training is not abstract; we guide our students from concept in the classroom to hands-on implementation with their systems.

  • Systems Integration - commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) tool integration, customization, test, and deployment:  Our engineers have extensive experience in integrating the enterprise infrastructure tools to meet our customers’ needs.  We understand key challenges in transitioning our customers’ environments to new infrastructure while preserving legacy data.

  • Development and Implementation:  Design, deploy, and operate dedicated enterprise management solutions to customer premises.  Our cleared Solution Architects will evaluate your requirements and design solutions that will maximize your operation’s efficiency and fit your budget. 

  • Field deployment and configuration:  Our cleared onsite staff will support solution deployment and event tuning to accurately represent the condition of your enterprise environment.

  • Inventory audit and deployment of agents on devices:  AT&T can perform physical audits of your enterprise infrastructure or deploy tools to automatically discover your infrastructure and write the information to your corporate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) or we can supply the CMDB.

  • On-site operations support:  Our on-site support includes optional administrative support for your enterprise management tools.  We will provide personnel with certifications and experience with your specific tools.
