AT&T Government Solutions was named one of only 12 winners of the Department of Defense's prestigious Nunn-Perry Award for outstanding performance on the Mentor-Protégé Program. This honor is awarded to companies who have excelled in the areas of commitment, technical assistance, and economic development working with small, disadvantaged businesses.
The program-created and implemented by former Senator Sam Nunn and Secretary of Defense William Perry-encourages and enables mentor contractors like AT&T Government Solutions to work with small business protégés and develop their capabilities as successful defense suppliers.
The award specifically recognized the quality of AT&T Government Solutions' technical assistance in improving business infrastructure and our aid in the identification of business opportunities for the protégé, as well as the return on investment in contract awards won during the two years of the award-winning contract. Under the noted contract, AT&T Government Solutions had teamed with Terradigm, Inc., an 8a, small disadvantaged, protégé contractor, and with the University of New Mexico, a minority institution.
As proud recipients of the Nunn-Perry Award, AT&T Government Solutions recognizes that great results can be achieved through small business alliances, and we are committed to being a channel-easy associate of small businesses.
