Welcome to the Networx Designated Agency Representative (DAR) on-line Web-based Training Course!
This 2-hour course is available for you to learn the information that is required to certify you as a DAR. This course supports both the Universal as well as the Enterprise Networx contracts and is available 24/7.
In it, you will find links to other websites for additional information on Networx Products and Services, as well as documents that can be downloaded and printed for later use.
In order to receive your certification for this course, upon completion you must send an email with your name, email address and Agency and the subject line "Requesting DAR certificate for completing WBT" to: rm-ntwrxregistr@att.com . A course survey will be sent to you and upon its completion and return; you will receive a certificate for the completion of this course.
Please note, that once you begin the course, you must complete it to get full credit as it will not allow you to return and complete once it is begun. However you will be able to review the course at a later date.

Instructions for Students Registering for the Networx DAR WBT:
To register for the course, you must create a Login ID and Password. To do so:
- Click here https://elearning.sbc.com/gui/sbc/index.jsp
- Click on “New Student?”
- When the screen comes up type in Company ID: NTX
- Type in your email address and click “Next”
- Complete the self registration form as follows:
- The course ID and your email address will be pre-populated.
- Create a login ID as well as password for yourself. Both are alphanumeric, and case-sensitive up to 20 characters.
- You are required to complete the fields with asterisks, in addition to those fields, please complete the Title field with the word manager.
- When entering your office phone number do not use dashes or periods
- When you are
finished, click “Submit”
- Your registration information will be immediately input into the system. Now you can login and take the course at any time
- Follow the instructions below to login and take the course.
How to retrieve and take the course:
- Click on login, and enter your user name and password, you will receive a privacy policy statement, click “I agree”
- A welcome screen will come up with your name, click on “Course Catalog” on the left menu
- On the course catalog screen click the course title, to select the course you want to take, then click on the course link.
- The screen will refresh with the course information, then click on the “Enroll” link.
- A dialog box stating “you are now enrolled in …” will appear, click OK.
- The screen will show that you are enrolled, select “My Courses” from the left menu, and you will get another screen where you can launch the course.
- Click on the “start” link. This will launch the course.
- Please note, the course will launch in a new window.
