Voice Services allow calling between on or off-net locations by direct station-to-station dialing. Capabilities include:

• Connectivity to normal phone lines
• Agency recorded message announcement – supports 500 messages and 250 simultaneous callers
• Authorization codes and calling cards – postpaid and prepaid, Class of Service, access to on-net services from off-net location, operator assistance and speed dialing
• Call tracing
• Operator Services – English/Spanish, TTY/TDD support, special number to deactivate calling cards
