Executive Overview Course Description:
This course provides an introduction to AT&T Government Solutions Networx services and features, highlighting the benefits of each. This course is designed for executives and other government decision makers. Information will be provided on Network security, end-to-end ordering processes and features, transition activities and the roles and responsibilities of the AT&T CPO.
Upon completion of this class, students shall be able to share information with others about:
- AT&T Government Solution Networx core capabilities
- Transition events
- Networx products and services
- AT&T Business Portal
- Network performance and management
- Security offers
- Government roles and responsibilities
Who Should Attend:
Government Executives and Managers
Students should have a basic understanding of the telecommunication services for which their agencies have contracted.
How to Register:
This workshop is offered in various locations nationwide. It is also possible, based on instructor availability, to conduct these classes on customer premises. Please note the workshop location as well as the dates in the list below.

Changes and Cancellation Policy
All requests to change a registration must be in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting the Customer Support Office at 1-877-GET-NTWX (1-877-438-6899).
In the event that you need to cancel your enrollment, please submit your Cancellation request via email email@example.com or contact the AT&T Customer Support Office (CSO) at least 14 calendar days prior to the start of the class. Failure to do so will result in the enrollment counting against the Government's no-charge classroom-based training numbers.
