SBS Order Form Instructions

Process Inquiry - Ask a question about the service offer or contract.

Install New Downlink Antenna - Site Survey for a new downlink antenna and associated electronics.

Retrofit Existing Government Owned Downlink Equipment - Survey to use existing antenna on site and retrofit with electronics.

De-Install and/or Re-Install Downlink - Dismantle and relocate antenna, and associated electronics to new location and/or re-install antenna and associated electronics.

Add a new IRD (Integrated Receiver/Decoder) to an existing site - Add an additional IRD to an established site on the network.

Add a new Viewing Room to an existing site - Perform inside wiring to allow IRD signal to be viewed in more than one location.

Add additional Peripheral Equipment - Add additional Audio Conference Units or equipment to a viewing room.

Add Studio Equipment - Add equipment that will support the studio operations.

Add Classroom Equipment - Add classroom equipment to a viewing room.

Install New Uplink - Site Survey a location for the installation of a new uplink antenna and associated electronics.

Modify Existing Uplink Configuration - Add, remove or change the electronics and/or wiring of an existing uplink.

De-Install and/or Re-Install Uplink Equipment - Dismantle and remove and/or relocate uplink antenna and/or electronics.

IP Satellite Services - IP enable your existing satellite service, start new IP satellite services, or inquire about IP satellite options.

Space Segment - Order dedicated bandwidth to support your existing or new satellite requirements.

Other Satellite Work - Request information on satellite services not covered in Section 1A, 1B or 1C of the online order form for AT&T Satellite Broadcast Services.

To initiate the ordering process, valid Purchase Order Number or Credit Card holder information must be provided to AT&T Government Solutions.

An AT&T Government Solutions representative will contact the indicated point of contact (POC) on the order form. If applicable, a site survey will be scheduled to identify all costs associated with the requested activity. POCs should ensure that all appropriate personnel are present for the site survey to ensure landlord and building requirements are met.

Upon completion of the site survey, all costs associated with the installation will be formally communicated to the Agency POC via a quote. Quotes will be forwarded to the e-mail address indicated on the online Order Form for AT&T Satellite Broadcast Services, unless otherwise instructed by the POC. Alternate forms of delivering quotes to POCs are fax and US Mail.

Upon acceptance of the quote by the Agency, a Purchase Order for the quoted costs for installation, or valid credit card billing information, must be forwarded to the AT&T Government Solutions address below to initiate installation scheduling.
