E-Order

Obtain the voice and data services you need quickly and easily through our E-Order application. Simply log into the BusinessDirect portal and follow the prompts to order such services as:

  • Switched Voice – Outbound
  • Switched Voice – Inbound
  • Dedicated voice
  • Frame Relay and Private Line – (available 2nd quarter 2005)

E-Bonding

Streamline large and complex orders for new network locations, disconnects, service changes, etc. Three types of options are available:

  • Express Bonding – Complete a customized Excel spreadsheet and submit to the AT&T B2Bi Gateway via email. This option supports Nodal Voice and Data Services.
  • B2Bi-XML (system to system) – Link directly to the AT&T ordering systems for automatic transactions
  • FTS (File Transfer Service) – Use the customized spreadsheet to order Switched Voice Services
