Toll-Free Services (TFS) provide basic TDM or IP inbound toll-free calling and advanced features. TFS includes intelligent call routing and network-based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to enable agencies to manage inbound calls effectively. Among the capabilities are:

- Number portability for existing agency 800 numbers
- Single toll free number terminating in multiple locations
- Recorded announcements – customized announcements, Spanish and English support
- Management information via a web portal
- IVR – announce connect, call prompter and menus, custom call records, collect caller information, verify caller information, speech recognition, perform surveys, fax-back capabilities, TTY and summary reporting
- Call transfer – unsupervised, supervised and 3-way transfer
- Real-time reporting
