Audio Conferencing

Audio Conferencing Services (ACS) enable participants to engage in a multipoint conference call.  Participants can connect to the AT&T ACS bridge through regular phone lines, Voice Services (VS), Cellular/PCS Service (CPCS), and Voice over IP Transport Service (VoIPTS).

Required capabilities include:

  • Multipoint bridging – selective one or two-way conversations
  • Conference setup – user-controlled; meet-me; preset; attendant-assisted
  • Attendant assistance
  • Audio recording of call, replay of call, transcript of recorded call
  • Secure calls – supports sensitive-but unclassified (SBU) voice conferencing
  • Toll free dial-in from domestic and Canada locations
  • Operator or host dial-out from the conference bridge to domestic and international locations
