Auto-diagnosis

When you create a trouble ticket online, you'll automatically launch:

  • Auto-diagnosis, which helps isolate the problem,

Auto-referral*

*For the majority of local exchange carriers.

  • Auto-referral, which informs the local exchange carrier if the problem is theirs, and

Auto-status


  • Auto-status, which allows you to monitor open tickets, recently closed tickets, and the results of circuit tests.
