The AT&T Consulting Project Management service provides full technology life cycle leadership based on the guidelines of the Project Management Institute (PMI). AT&T Consulting can provide project management for engagements in conjunction with our entire service portfolio.  Project management of technology projects often requires technical knowledge and experience in related deployments. AT&T Consulting project management staff offer the unique combination of project leadership as well as technical skills. This cross-disciplinary approach helps link project performance to milestones, and successful coordination of functional teams to address risks and project impacts.

Program Management

Complex enterprise architecture initiatives require the coordination of multiple technology streams, and internal as well as external constituents. AT&T Consulting offers comprehensive enterprise-wide program governance for these multi-dimensioned environments. The PMO function is established in a three-tiered model of Executive, Managerial and Operational read-outs, capturing metrics which aggregate into measurements, which lead to decision making and actionable activities. Weekly or daily (as need and program urgency prescribe) dashboards are developed and maintained. Risk management and remediation activities are part of the program office methods and practices. The communications architecture for complex programs is built, and RACI (Responsible - Approver - Consulted – Informed) charts identifying roles and responsibilities are defined, establishing clear areas of accountability. This helps reduce the risks associated with large scale program execution, improving overall team and program performance.
