In an effort to enhance and simplify our contracting process, AT&T has restructured both our Agreements and the Service Guide for each of the following Services. Previously, each of these Service Guides had four general sections: 1) A Service Description, 2) A Service Level Agreement, if any, 3) Additional Terms, Conditions and Charges, and 4) A List Pricing Schedule for the Service.
As part of this effort, we have eliminated the Additional Terms, Conditions and Charges from the current Service Guide, added any important terms and conditions to the Service Order Attachment for the service, and moved items that relate to the features of the Service into the Service Description portion of the current Service Guide.
As a result, if you have a Master Agreement or Service Order Attachment with a Version Date (located in the header or footer of the document) that falls between October 1, 1999 and July 31, 2000, and your Service Guide indicates that the terms and conditions section has been moved, your Additional Terms, Conditions and Charges Section has been moved to this section of the web site. Please refer to the link below, for your Service, to view the Additional Terms, Conditions and Charges which apply ONLY to YOU, or similarly situated customers.
